Awareness and Statistics Guide

Our organization is passionate about advocating for global well-being. We ​​want to increase awareness about a particular topic. We would like to work with students to design an infographic/questionnaire that raises awareness and encourages changes in attitudes / behaviors for women's health and well-being. In collaboration with key contacts at our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around this topic. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with the social cause, our mission and goals. Identifying groups that the campaign will target. Identifying ideal outcomes through the variety of thought provoking questions brainstormed Identifying potential sponsors and partners who can support our campaign. Creating a wellness quiz/self check guide that raises awareness and questions women should consider for a whole-self "check in" with reasons as to why. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Assisting in the development of the creative aspects of the guide

Strategic Prospecting Plan and Costing

Our company is looking to revamp our sales team by creating an outreach process. We are hoping to find students that are excited to build a plan with us that will create a simple step-by-step market plan for reaching our target audience. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Identify key contacts in the holistic wellness space Use our content to create lead generating communication and creative Bonus steps in the process would also include: Building a script for our sales team to use in video reels

Investment Raising Plan

Our company is committed to serving our target market. To direct our future activities, we are in need of investor support. We would like to collaborate with students to develop a capital raising plan that meets our goals. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our values, products and services. Defining goals for the investment raising plan. Conducting research on potential investors and or grants for our company. Creating investment materials such as presentations and templates for our financials and forecasts. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending improvements or changes for future investment materials.

Digital Marketing Customer Acquisition and Lead Generating Campaign

The main goal of this project is to design a digital marketing customer acquisition and lead generating campaign for Hip United. This should include social media posts, newsletter and digital advertising creatives that will be used to call attention to our brand in a reputable and trusted way.

Nutrition Improvement Guide

The goal of this project is to create a 7 day guide to improving individual nutrition with simple ideas for easy meal planning, tips for shopping/portion control/digestion/habit forming/meal prepping/reading labels/pre-pro-postbiotic supplements and fun facts as to why these recommendations are suggested. Additionally, generate a quiz that tests out an individual's readiness and need for nutritional support gauging their decision making when it comes to food and understanding of what is required and beneficial for their nutritional needs.

Front End Development

We have recently purchased template packages from Elegant Themes and these Divi word press layouts now have to replace the current websites with added plug ins and essentially copy the content as we structure the design of each page. This will include: knowledge of word press Creating the various size requirements for {banner ads, panel ads, blog posts) inserting links for the other websites we own as needed while transferring the content

Content Curation, Design & Publishing

We are looking for students to help develop and distribute newsletters and site content that is relevant to our organizations' cause, our partners services and our audiences interests. We think this project will include: Creating a weekly newsletter with helpful information so readers feel inspired Starting a motivational quotes and health tips/facts file for a future roll out feature to premium account holders Creating and soliciting materials to be published. Designing the features of publications. Setting and enforcing deadlines. Making a final determination about what will be published and where Coordinating frequency of publications.

Terms & Policies Legal Researcher & Review

Our company has a Software as a Service (SaaS) web application in which global users and service providers will visit regularly to conduct virtual holistic health (non medical) sessions. In order to protect ourselves legally, we have a user Terms of Service (ToS) agreement in which every user must agree to before using our product. We would like to collaborate with students to review our current product and the applicable ToS agreement and bring it up to date with any possible missing pieces regarding law, policy, or potential threats to our business in our space. Conducting background research on our existing product and the current ToS we provide our users and providers. Conducting research into the latest laws and policies that might be applicable to our business. Developing a new ToS agreement with reasonings behind choices, and highlights to missing areas. Reviewing and providing possible updates to our accompanying legal documents such as Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy

Business Consulting Field Study

We are looking to work with students to identify new opportunities to achieve our business goals. We are open to feedback about areas of focus, as we would like our assigned person or team to preform a comprehensive analysis of our business. We have shared a few high priority goals and desired benefits below to help guide you: - Phase 2 , 2024 we would like to launch an onsite Eco Spa & Wellness Retreat here in Niagara Falls, Ontario. We have done competitive research and have plenty of local statistics to compliment the solutions our business will be in support of. We would like our financial projections, occupational health and safety plans, staff roles and salaries, building layout our differentiators, branding, as well as revenue streams through planned activities all reviewed and analysed. We would like to have our scope polished with feedback on missed opportunities or suggested plan considerations and to put together an investor pitch deck based on our goals and students input
