scrum (software development) project management marketing materialsWe are looking for students to play a role as the scrum team’s project manager. This event will be held on WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL DAY 2022 and supports environmental initiatives, our brand mission and is in line with humanity driven values that we embrace as a company. A student in this position will understand the logistical aspects of the scrum team’s projects.
- Students in this position will overlook the scrum team’s project through a logistical lens
- student (s) will create the copy (using content from previous year) to aggregate attendees, audiences and sponsors.
- Students will create a timeline for the event checklist and support the required milestones pre-event
- Students will assist the creative brainstorming and also development of marketing materials, prizing and general advertising needs
- Students will help facilitate the scrum team events and ceremonies.
- The student will play a key role in helping the project manager create a more efficient work process.
The final project deliverable will be GUINESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS submission if our target # of attendee's exceeds the necessary requirements.

We love working with students and have a process that has not only proved benedicial for the student and our team, but also one that aligns the students with a true experiential opportunity as they truly become one of the team.
We have a mandatory team call weekly and so far have been able to accomodate everyones schedules to get this timing suited for all attendees. We have such a great culture that this call is often the highlight of everyones work week! Whats app group chat is for immediate or important info in the minute from the Owner. We have thorough project timelines and allow students to add and provide goal input before their tasks are created so that they get the most out of the placement and role.
