Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.Learners in this program/experience will be learning about importance of integrated marketing communication. They will be investigating different tools of the promotional mix toolbox (e.g., print and broadcast, out-of-home, PR, personal selling, advertising, social media, etc.) in order to understand the benefits and weaknesses of each tool and hence be able to use the appropriate one for a chosen campaign they are asked to develop.

Applying intercultural development to improve healthcare within localized communities
NSGD 3336
The community-inquiry assignment is a co-operative learning exercise designed for students to apply new course-related intercultural development knowledge to a localized community concern. Students will be assigned to a group of 4 using random selection. Part a) is a project outline and part b) is a reflection summary. The project topic should be timely and relevant within nursing and healthcare teams. A healthcare team or organization may benefit from focusing on a particular community concern or challenge and identifying specific localized outcomes they would like to see that support intercultural development.
