We are a local business that needs to attract local customers online and in our 2 consignment locations, and we also run a digital course that we target Canada-wide. The primary project requirements include: 1. Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our business 2. A strategy document to outline: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords A Customer Relationship strategy from first search on Google, first visit to our website, multiple purchases, leaving and reviews. How this interfaces with social media 3. Creating a Customer Relationship sequence of pop-ups, emails, surveys, etc; working in tandem with social media team on this. 4. Implementing the strategy. Sourcing and designing imagery/video for posts in appropriate sizes for each platform 3. Working with Founder to write content. 4. Scheduling content. 5. Tracking and measuring analytics. 6. Integrating social media with work content of pop-ups, emails, surveys, etc; working in tandem with the SEO team on this. 7. Posting pre-written blogs on houseplants, living with nature, and how-tos of curating a beautiful home with handcrafts and plants. 8. Accounting and Business Admin for a Tropical Houseplant Start Up

Petit Soleil is looking for an administrative whiz who can help us in all aspects of systematizing a start-up's operations so that we can scale our business! We are a local business that needs to attract local customers online and in our 2 consignment locations. We also run a digital course that we target Canada-wide. The primary project requirements include: Finalizing the set up of our Quickbooks bookkeeping and create a standard process for keeping it up to date and accurate. Setting up a CRM so that many customer "touches" can happen authentically yet in an automated fashion. This includes customers of our tangible goods (plants and prints) as well as students of our online course. Setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to coordinate curbside pick ups, deliveries, shipping -- all whilst managing several products that have different production process and timelines (and plants that need to be cared for and cleaned up). Medium to advanced knowledge of Shopify and/or Quickbooks is necessary. If possible, create drawings and work with me to create branded and beautiful communication materials on this topic.
