Website UX/UI Analysis
We would like insights on how user-friendly our website is. We believe the best way to understand our website’s usability is through studying the User Experience and User Interface. We would like students to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of our website to identify ways to improve the user journey, incentivize our desired outcomes, and increase user satisfaction. Redevelopment We are particularly interested in the following areas: The checkout process The registration process The site search feature Embedded videos

Online Course Development
We would like to develop an online course that teaches people the principles from the author's book How to Figure Out What to Do With Your Life (Next). This project should focus on: Gathering relevant course design and content information from interviews with key stakeholders. Assessing existing online course platforms and recommending the best platform for this course. Assisting in designing the course. Assisting in developing first iteration of course (minimum viable product) We have lots of existing content to share, so the project wouldn't be starting from scratch.

Website Development
We would like a new website for our organization and would love for students to help us develop it. The website should be built on Webflow or Wordpress Students should be prepared to: Conduct a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review. Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.

Pricing Model Development
We would like you to develop and test a series of pricing model options and present an effective data-based pricing model recommendation for our organization. You should conduct primary and secondary research to confirm your recommendation is validated by our target customer in this market. To accomplish this, we believe you will need to conduct the following research: Our organization’s costs, target customer, revenue targets, and business goals. The competitive landscape of this new market. Organizing focus groups, surveys, and/or customer discovery interviews to get input and feedback on potential pricing models. Using targeted online ads to A/B test landing pages with different price models. We want to enter this new market with a proven pricing model so that we can have a successful launch. Final deliverables should include: A written report including an Executive Summary that illustrates your research findings and recommendations on our pricing model. A visual presentation of your research findings and recommendations.

Podcast Production
Podcasting is a rapidly growing content medium, with a highly localized consumership. Working with students, we would like to take advantage of the trend and create a season of our own podcast. We would like for students to deliver a 5-episode podcast series, based on our outcome objectives. Students could accomplish the following: Script each podcast episode. Edit the recorded audio for final publication. Coach participants for success on the microphone. Provide recommendations on increasing listenership.

Competitive Analysis
It’s important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy. This project will include: An identification of our current competitors An identification of potential future competitors (eg. a large company in a similar industry who may enter the space) The creation of a matrix identifying features shared across the companies and those that are different. A summary of 2-4 paragraphs describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. This could be done in the form of a SWOT analysis. We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We can suggest names of competitors to research. Objective We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.

Our organization needs to prepare for rapid growth. To help us do that, we need to have the right people in the right places. We would like the help of students to modify our current organizational structure in a way that best manages our growth priorities. To accomplish this, we believe students will need to: Research the existing positions and personnel Apply an understanding of effective organizational structures in our industry Generate a projection for personnel needs Complete a gap analysis for the skills and positions needed Develop a proposal for a reconfiguration of our current organizational Structure

Our company has grown quickly and a lot of the processes that our implementers are using aren’t documented and have never been evaluated. We want to record how our best people are getting stuff done and make sure that there isn’t an even better way to get the job done. We would like students to help us define our systems so that we can efficiently focus your efforts and effectively scale. We expect students will need to do the following: Research best practices Interview high-performing personnel Define and document systems in our organization. Sales Process Optimization
We would like you to review and document our current sales process, define a strategy, and generate training material for new hires. Based on your research and industry best practices, you should develop new messaging and sales call scripts to help us increase the quality and number of leads generated. This project may include, but is not limited to: Documenting our current sales process by interviewing Sales Representatives. Researching competitor’s sales processes and inbound lead strategies. Developing recommended changes for our sales process and strategy. Providing sales scripts for emails and sales calls. Creating a process handbook for our Sales team. The insights that you provide will help our team improve lead generation and increase conversion rates to drive more sales. The final project deliverables will include: A 10-page report detailing your research, recommended solutions, and an implementation plan. A Sales Handbook outlining the recommended sales process and strategy, including sales scripts for emails and sales calls. A 10-minute presentation on the contents of the report and handbook.

What you'll do Develop professional, beautiful, and more than anything, amazingly functional and intuitive designs for the website and the core features our customers use every day Design the UX/UI for our new web application (a registration software) and our new website, and ensuring future updates and features are accessible, beautiful, and functional. You will be both building the business brand and the components of the platform through immersive design. Run the customer development process with other team members. Organising, running, & analysing user feedback and discovery calls Take hypotheses, user stories, & customer insights and translating them into high (or low) fidelity prototypes, iterating on these ideas with customers & the product team to arrive at your final designs Define, maintain, and iterate on our design system Research, collect, and digest best-in-breed design practices, and implement them here. Help MakerKids Select or Build a New Registration Software and CRM
We're currently using two registration softwares - Pike13 and Active Camp and Class Manager. We need functionality from both tools, in one registration software - and a CRM that is part of it or communicates nicely with it. We have researched over 40 softwares but can't find anything that meets all our needs. Help us find one or help us build one (or get set up to build one, with all the requirements docs, wireframing, RFP, and prospective firms we need).
