Market Research & Strategy Internship
The goal of this project is to develop a national marketing strategy for STACKT based on case studies from its previous campaigns, along with current market trend insights for the following markets: Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver. Students will also conduct a weekly audit of ongoing partnership campaigns and track updates and impressions, providing thoughtful insights on how to optimize marketing tactics to achieve the best results. By the end of this project, students should demonstrate: A comprehensive understanding of STACKT’s brand and audience A comprehensive understanding of the four specified markets (Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver) The ability to identify key wins and opportunities from STACKT’s previous campaigns The ability to efficiently pull analytics from online platforms and track them on Monday.com
Marketing Design Internship
The goal of this project is to assist STACKT in building asset templates and documents for their 2024 events and festival schedule, as well as developing evergreen assets for internal brand documents and decks. By the end of the project, interns should demonstrate: An understanding of STACKT’s brand identity and how it differs with each festival and campaign. The ability to create asset templates and documents for the events and festivals. The ability to create branded documents for various applications The ability to work with the marketing team to ensure that all materials are up to date and accurate. A comprehensive understanding of how to efficiently organize assets so they are readily accessible as needed.
Compliance and HR Generalist Internship
General Objective: To support the establishment and maintenance of effective compliance processes and administrative functions essential for organizational adherence to regulations and best practices. Internship Goals: Support the development and maintenance of compliance-related processes and procedures. Assist in the documentation and organization of compliance materials and protocols. Contribute to administrative tasks aligning with compliance goals, such as record-keeping and policy reviews. Review and/or contribute to establishing or improving HR general activities.
Culture and Engagement Internship
General Objective: To actively contribute to creating and evolving a vibrant and inclusive work culture by supporting engagement initiatives and culture-building initiatives. Internship Goals: Assist in organizing and coordinating culture-building activities and engagement initiatives. Support the implementation of programs to strengthen company values and promote a positive work culture. Contribute to events fostering team bonding, inclusivity, and employee satisfaction.
