We'd like to research our major competitors in Canada to gain insight into their products, sales, and marketing tactics. The project will consist in executing the following tasks: Analise the main 10-15 Microsoft partners competitors that we'll provide upon start date. Determine what products and solutions they all offer. Research those competitors' sales tactics. Look at those competitors' pricing, as well as any perks they offer. Find out how these competitors market their products. Observe how they promote marketing content. Take note of those competition's content strategy: Analize their website and blog content. Showcase differentiators, features or any key discover. Analize social media presence: What channels they have, what kind of content they post, how often the post, what type of formats (video, images, etc), Look at their social media presence, strategies, and go-to platforms. Analyze the level of engagement on their competitors' content - Do people engange with their content? 7. Based on the information gathered per competitor, provide a quick summary of strengths and weaknesses per each.
