Oct 8, 2024 - Dec 3, 2024

Join this experiential journey with the students of Humber College's Faculty of Business as they diligently work toward mastering the intricacies of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) within the realms of change management and business analysis. Our institution is thrilled to introduce you to this dynamic group, currently in the process of refining their skills. These students are actively engaged in learning to assess conflict resolution processes, dissect system designs, and cultivate essential problem-solving and decision-making abilities. As they progress, they explore group dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and the intricacies of entrepreneurship, evaluating potential career paths in the ADR services field. Steps for Matching: Step 1: Submit a match request outlining your project. Expect a video call with our professor to discuss project suitability. Step 2: Upon agreement, both parties confirm the match on the Riipen platform. Step 3: Your project is assigned to our learners. The class will be divided into groups who will collaborate to tackle your project. Step 4: The collaboration kicks off on the Riipen platform, where communication, files and feedback sharing will happen. Ideal Partner: We are seeking an industry partner deeply passionate about fostering entrepreneurship skills among our learners. The ideal partner should have expertise in change management or business analysis.
