Join this experiential journey with the students of Humber College's Faculty of Business as they diligently work toward mastering the intricacies of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) within the realms of change management and business analysis.


Our institution is thrilled to introduce you to this dynamic group, currently in the process of refining their skills. These students are actively engaged in learning to assess conflict resolution processes, dissect system designs, and cultivate essential problem-solving and decision-making abilities. As they progress, they explore group dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and the intricacies of entrepreneurship, evaluating potential career paths in the ADR services field.


Steps for Matching:


  • Step 1: Submit a match request outlining your project. Expect a video call with our professor to discuss project suitability.
  • Step 2: Upon agreement, both parties confirm the match on the Riipen platform.
  • Step 3: Your project is assigned to our learners. The class will be divided into groups who will collaborate to tackle your project.
  • Step 4: The collaboration kicks off on the Riipen platform, where communication, files and feedback sharing will happen.


Ideal Partner: We are seeking an industry partner deeply passionate about fostering entrepreneurship skills among our learners. The ideal partner should have expertise in change management or business analysis.

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Can you provide an overview of your project and its alignment with change management or business analysis?

Can you provide constructive feedback to the learners using the Riipen platform at the end of the project completion?

Are you willing and available to meet with the students regularly to address their questions throughout the project duration? If so, what frequency of communication do you prefer?

What is your preferred communication methods for staying in touch with the students? Please list all applicable methods such as emails, Riipen platform messages, video calls, etc.

How will your team be accessible to support our learners, and what roles do they hold within your company?

Could you provide an estimate of the total number of employees in your company?
