Platform Evaluation: Investigate the capabilities of leading site-building tools, weighing their pros and cons to select the most fitting solution for our needs. Website Development: Collaborate with our team to craft a website that's both aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust. We'll supply the necessary content and guidance. Maintenance Training: Equip our in-house team with the knowledge and skills to update and sustain the website efficiently. Additional Milestones for Consideration: User Testing: Engage with our customer base to test website prototypes, ensuring the final product resonates with our audience and meets their needs. Campus Ambassador Project

The main goal of this project is to spread awareness about Anutio's platform, engage with students, and build strong connections within the campus community. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Developing a marketing plan to spread awareness about Anutio's platform. - Engaging with students on campus to promote Anutio's platform. - Building strong connections with student organizations on campus. - Hosting events and activities to promote Anutio's platform. - Creating content to help students make informed career decisions.

Business Administration

This project is aimed at bolstering Lingobility's operations in various critical areas. Firstly, it focuses on enhancing business administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's internal processes. Additionally, a significant part of the project involves developing and implementing strategies for customer relations, acquisition, and retention, which are pivotal for sustainable growth. Final deliverable includes: Students are asked to submit a document summarizing their findings, strategies employed, and their contributions towards achieving the project's objectives.

Organization Structure Configuration for Growth

Our organization is anticipating a large amount of growth in the next five years. To make sure we continue to operate with a high level of efficiency, we need to have the right people in the right places. With your help, we hope to modify our current organizational structure in a way that best manages our growth priorities. Tasks may include: Research our existing structure and personnel needs using our organizational chart and speaking to employees. Generate a projection for personnel needs in the next five years using quantitative and qualitative assessments. Conduct a gap analysis for the skills and positions that will be needed in the next five years. Develop a proposal for a reconfiguration of our current organizational structure including research, the gap analysis, an updated organization chart, and proposed solutions. Create an updated organizational chart according to recommendations.

Administrative Support Intern

Administrative Support

We are looking for 3 interns to provide administrative/operational support to the following individuals: Administrative Director and President  Director of National Sales Operations Manager If you are able to work in person at our head office in Oakville, it would be considered a plus but is not required as all tasks can be completed virtually. We would be looking for a minimum of 10 hours per week but we can be fairly flexible on how they will be distributed throughout the week.
