The primary project requirements include: Understand the background of your company.SWOT analysis.Be assigned a particular business process in the organization – like Order Fulfilment, Invoicing, Purchase Order to Goods Receipt, etc.The students would need to ask questions to understand the process and then build a swimlane diagram to capture the process.They will then discuss the swimlane diagram with the company to fix any errors or missing components.Next, they will be given a printout (digital) of one of the business documents generated as part of the swimlane process – like Sales Order, Invoice, Goods Receipt, etc.They will use that to build a Data Model in Visio to capture the data required for just that document.At the end of the project – expectedly in mid-April 2021, they would submit the report outlined above
