PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: This DIY Strategic Plan project will develop a package that organizations can use to create their own strategic plans in a logical step-by-step way. You will work together as a team to create and refine seven different modules as part of one strategic planning course. The seven modules include: Introduction and Overview Vision, Mission & Values Strategic Pillars Success Measures Strategic Initiatives Timeline & Deadlines Resource Tools KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET: Video editing Supporting Documents created Resource Tools developed IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:* Students will be responsible for scriptwriting, video editing, notes, templates, Jamboard creation, some research for contact list generation, and interactive participation in team update meetings. FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET: Create content for each of the seven modules of the DIT Strategic Plan Enhance existing marketing skills Work independently as part of a creative, fun and collaborative team!
