My name is Kam Z and I'm the Operations Director of Kazimoto Engineering Inc. I have a background in engineering from McMaster University and work closely with The Forge McMaster & Innovation Factory. Kazimoto Engineering specializes in engineering innovation towards improvement, efficiency, and safety. We are looking to hire students and people to work with our products and services. 3D Design Engineering Product Development
Our company has an innovative product. This is a defense engineering product meant for Police, Security, and Teachers. We would like a group of students to design 3D drawings of the product, which would be involving: 1. SolidWorks 2. AutoCad Optional: Google Sketchup We will be holding weekly meetings to get an update on the 3D design of the product. It should be detailed enough to be able to build it in real life to accurate specs. Students are free to add their add-ons as long as it's discussed. Students will be required to submit a short weekly report on what they worked on or improved for the 3D drawings. The goal of this project is to use the 3D drawings as a base to start building the actual product to bring to market. Final Deliverable Expectations: We hope to achieve the product to be working functionally using the 3D design softwares. As well as use the final deliverable drawings to start 3D printing the product.
B2B Digital Marketing Plan (Defense Industry)
Our company has an innovative product. This is a defense engineering product meant for Police, Security, and Teachers. We would like a group of students to create a B2B digital marketing plan in the defense industry from doing SWOT to PESTEL analysis. We will be holding weekly meetings to get an update on the product's marketing plan. Students are free to add their add-ons as long as it's discussed. Students will be required to submit a short weekly report on what they worked on or improved for the Marketing Plan. The goal of this project is to use the Marketing Plan as a tool to be part of our GO-2-Market Strategy to bring our product to market. Conduct secondary research on sustainability trends in packaging within the industry. Develop and distribute a short online survey to a sample audience (we will assist with this). Analyze survey data and compile findings. Benchmark competitors’ products through publicly available resources (Competitive analysis). Synthesize insights and recommendations into a comprehensive report.
Web Developer
Our company is an umbrella-based engineering firm that develops new innovative products. We would like a couple of students to design the website for our engineering firm. Along with the product and services it offers. This would be entailing skills revolving around web design. We will be holding weekly meetings to get an update on the website for the firm. Students are free to add their add-ons as long as it's discussed. Students will be required to submit a short weekly report on what they worked on or improved for the website The goal of this project is to use the site as a go-to for clients and users to see what our company is about. We are looking for students to create a live website for our firm.
