Identifying any bottlenecks hindering our operational efficiency. Investigating potential solutions for each specific issue uncovered during the mapping process. Developing a detailed proposal that includes recommendations for enhancements and a practical plan for integrating these solutions. Incorporate financials and future projections based on strategy and performance. Creating an updated BPMN model reflecting the operational processes with the proposed improvements implemented.
