In 2018, one of our major goals is to grown in the US. We have been unable to grow the market as quickly as Canada.We currently have 50% US and 50% Canadian sales however, we are looking to penetrate that market even further.. We are hoping to have the students conducting analysis and interpretation of the collected data to come up with innovative ideas surrounding expansion. Do we "look too Canadian"? Is it a time-to-ship issue? The geographic dispersment of our sales is interesting. the 905/416 areas are a huge part of our business. We have spent a lot of $ over the years on BIG marketing initives in the US, with little long-term effect. We have an annual Revenue of 12 Million CAD Final deliverables include: A 40-page business-style report summarizing the assessment and presenting strategy and action recommendations. A 20-minute presentation arguing the value of the recommended strategy and action plans. Multiple research papers with a summary of purpose, methodology, and major findings.
