Welcome to the University of Windsor's Faculty of Science, where we empower students to bridge theory with practice in multiple scientific undergraduate programs. Our learners are eager to engage in real-world scientific challenges while honing essential skills sought by employers. Through our Scientific Internship Experience, students seek to forge connections between academic knowledge and practical applications, preparing to tackle pressing issues in science. By participating, employers commit to fostering student growth through regular communication, guidance, and professional feedback.Students will be available for a part-time placement of 96 hours from May 2024 to Ausgust 2024. Their scheduling is flexible meaning the hours could be spread out over the whole 4 month period or bunched at the start - please discuss with the individual student.

Through the use of critical thinking and creative problem-solving, students will demonstrate awareness of social issues and community needs, and identify the strengths and resources of a community that can be used to improve on these issues.
