Automating Workflow with Internal Discord Bot
The main goal of this project is to improve internal efficiency and organization within our company by developing and implementing an internal Discord bot that can automate various tasks and processes. The bot will be used to streamline and automate tasks such as meeting management, project management, and sales tracking, which will allow our team to focus on more important tasks and increase productivity. This will help the team to keep track of important meetings and deadlines, stay on top of sales leads, and ensure that meetings are productive and efficient. Additionally, the bot will be an effective tool to keep data organized, track performance, send reminders, and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Overall, the goal is to improve the company's performance, increase the level of satisfaction of the clients, and create a more seamless and efficient workflow for the team.
Video Editor Project - Video Sales Letter Pre-, Production, Post-Production
The main goal of this project is to create high-quality, effective video sales letters (VSLs) for our company's products and services. The VSLs will play a critical role in our marketing and sales strategy by increasing conversion rates. This will involve working with our company owner and operations coordinator to develop a strategy for the VSLs, as well as performing video editing and post-production work to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality. The final VSLs will be used on various platforms such as websites, social media, and outbound sales campaigns to increase conversion rates and drive sales for our company. Additionally, the intern will assist in the creation of scripts and storyboards for the VSLs, research new techniques and trends in VSL production, and A/B test and analyze VSL performance metrics to continuously improve our VSLs. This project will provide the intern with valuable experience in the field of video production, marketing, and data analysis.
Optimizing Resource Allocation and PM – Improving Performance & Efficiency
The main goal of this project is to optimize the resources and people we currently have by creating an efficient system for tracking resource utilization and matching the right resources to the right projects. This will lead to more effective and efficient use of our company's resources and better results for our clients. Additionally, the project will focus on creating and implementing new procedures and processes to improve the company's overall project management, financial management, client servicing, communication, change management, and decision-making. The goal of these new procedures and processes is to improve the company's performance, increase efficiency and better results for the company's clients.
Software Creation Using AI (ML) Language Model and AHK for Servicing Automation
The main goal of the project is to incorporate automation into our client servicing procedure by using various software and APIs, including the OpenAI language model API, Hunter.io API, webscraper.io API (or alternative web scraping tools), and Google Suite software, to automate a wide range of tasks related to servicing fulfilment. AutoHotkey should be programmed into the execution flow where applicable to reduce human involvement. The system should be able to adapt to different clients and industries, handling tasks such as summarizing company data and creating outputs like pitch decks, creative emails, and resume content. The expected outcome is to create functional automation within our servicing procedure that'll significantly reduce the human resources required to complete those tasks. Additionally, the system should provide other benefits such as improved accuracy and consistency in the servicing process, and the ability to service more clients in a shorter period of time.
Esports Graphic Design Project
Work with and shadow our Creative Manager and Owner as we work with 1 new client and create unique graphical and video assets. You'll gain the unique opportunity to be involved in creating designs for a new BETA service that's being provided through our company as we're testing and iterating on our service. In this role, the student will have creative freedom to experiment, think out-of-the-box, and brainstorm alongside our team and our client to help create a unique style.

You'll work with an Esports How team member as you assist us in building a master list of all top companies and career-influencers within the esports and gaming industries The goals of this master list are to comprise all the locations where job postings will be posted and to have all companies on a list so we make contact them for clients in the future. So you'll work with us to ensure that we've covered all the main companies in that database with the appropriate supporting information within adjacent columns. This will be a highly valuable database for how we service our clients for years to come, so you'll be creating a tremendous impact that'll be foundational to what we do. At the same time, you'll also be involved in discussions and brainstorming sessions as we discuss parts of our new BETA service and how we can improve it.

You'll work with the Esports How owner as you work through each stage of our sales pipeline from lead gen to close. You'll gain the unique opportunity to go through a full sales experience for a new BETA service as we're actively testing and iterating on it. You will both assist us in each stage and critically think through how each stage could potentially be improved, optimized, or innovated. This will be captured in a final documentation deliverable. The final documentation deliverable will contain each step of the process that you went through (locating lead source, aggregating leads into a spreadsheet, reaching out to our leads using custom copy, shadowing/leading discovery calls, and shadowing/leading sales calls). For each element, we want you to breakdown: What were the steps you conducted to complete each step Which steps or actions could we remove or avoid in the future What additional steps or actions could help each step be more successful (e.g. we shouldn't add X into email copy)

Social Media Analysis and Campaign: Esports Business Events and Lead Generation
We're looking for students to work directly with our Marketing Manager to help us analyze our current social media/website lead generation and marketing initiatives. Through this process, you'll learn how we perform marketing A/B tests and use data to test out and prove/disprove marketing hypotheses. We're also interested in having students work with us to create specific marketing campaigns for upcoming esports-business events we'll be hosting as well as increasing our general lead generation. Project Details Work directly with the Marketing Manager to go through our current social media initiatives and determine where we can improve and optimize our approach. Plan out other marketing strategies for general lead generation and a marketing campaign for event promotion. At least three new strategies need to be implemented for lead generation, two new lead generation strategies for the website, and at least one campaign was led by the student. Document your initiatives following the scientific method: what your hypothesis was about improving the company’s digital marketing, why you came to that hypothesis, what actions did you take to test your hypothesis, what was the qualified and quantified results, what observations can you make from the experience, what variables could have influenced the outcome, what questions are opened up from this finding, and what was the conclusion you derived from the initiative. We’ll educate the students on how to effectively write content that ranks on search algorithms, therefore no direct experience is needed . Additionally, we’ll teach you more about the various games and effective research strategies, so being a gamer isn't required . Through this process, you’ll learn more about creative writing, our business’ marketing funnel system, how to ensure a high degree of SEO for web-based, creative content, and be involved in our general discussion meetings. Moreover, you’ll get to learn more about the gaming industry and get to enjoy talking about your favourite video games. Project Details We’ll provide you with a list of topics for you to choose from. Certain topics will already have researched content and others require more research. You may also choose your own topics (approval required). You’ll be writing the article based on the criteria labelled on the content. The average article of 1400 words should take about 3 to 5 hours to complete, however, more time may be allocated based on the research needed and the article’s required length. If you’re a student that applied through the Level UP program , you’re expected to write between 13 to 16 articles. You’ll participate in meetings to help us improve our documentation and systems. Esports How initially started off as a regular blog that later scaled into a B2B consultancy. As of 2022, due to environmental changes in the esports business landscape, we've made the decision to make a business reposition into the careers training and employment sector of esports. Due to the nature of how this company evolved, our current branding and messaging require a complete overhaul. We're interested in having students involved in supporting our rebranding process and helping us in creating a new face for our company. What makes this initiative exciting is that you will have a lot of flexibility in the direction you take the initiative. This also acts as a very strong portfolio item, especially for those interested in finding employment in the esports industry. Not to mention this is a great learning experience, since you’ll work directly with the business owner and Marketing Manager. They’ll educate you on the direction you should take but you’ll have a large degree of freedom to push your creative ability. You’ll also learn more about how we use replicable assets to reduce the overall workload in future ventures and the value of documentation. Project Deliverables You’ll be working directly with the business owner and Marketing Manager to brainstorm, draft, and implement the rebranding strategy. The specific deliverables include: Modify the vision and mission statement for the company to ensure its concise, clear, and represents the company effectively. Redesign of the company logo and colour scheme that best convey the company’s vision and mission. Create a new brand guideline document.
