Mage CRM corporation was created on the premise that following up with customers using the tools customers are comfortable with leads to closed sales. Unless a customer or prospect specifically tells you never to call them back, there is always a follow up. Perhaps itβs a direct follow up to an inquiry, or perhaps itβs to check on them a year later to see if their circumstances have changed. We also believe Mage CRM will be very useful for personal productivity.

Marketing Strategy Plan
Mage CRM is a customer relationship management software that focuses on the sales process.Β It helps people follow-up and close sales. We would like to launch an Affiliate and Reseller Program (A/R) to help support sales of the Mage CRM software.Β We are excited about the prospect of providing A/R channel partners opportunities for additional sources of revenue. By the end of the project, students will be able to provide a marketing and implementation plan for the A/R program that includes: Market assessment of existing SaaS affiliate and reseller programs Target market analysis for affiliate and reseller programs are Marketing positioning and strategy recommendations for identified target markets
Blog Content Creation
Our primary target audience are entrepreneurs. The primary goal of our software is to help these entrepreneurs with the sales and follow-up process. Outside the actual software, a large part of our accompanying website and communications will be devoted to education. We would like students to help create digital content to support our educational initiatives that provide support for these entrepreneurs. We already have some content created in various stages (outlines to full drafts). We require: 1) editing, 2) topic expansion, and/or 3) relating topics back to our product (Mage CRM). This is a great opportunity for students to either take what they have learned in school to create content and/or expand their knowledge in sales/networking/business communication.
Draft EULA and Conduct Documents
The primary focus for this project is to determine what sections of a EULA for end users, affiliates, and resellers as well as code of conduct are important for Mage CRM. By the end of this project students will: Draft the various EULAs (base on existing examples) Recommend communication and implementation strategies
Digital Content Creation - Sales and Business Best Practices
Our primary target audience are entrepreneurs. The primary goal of our software is to help these entrepreneurs with the sales and follow-up process. Outside the actual software, a large part of our accompanying website and communications will be devoted to education. We would like students to help create digital content to support our educational initiatives that provide support for these entrepreneurs. Most importantly, we would like to see content created in re-useable modules for long-term viability. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including blogs, audio, video, and associated social media, and other collateral that we can use to achieve our educational goals. This is a great opportunity for students to either take what they have learned in school to create content and/or expand their knowledge in sales/networking/business communication.
