Our primary target audience are entrepreneurs. The primary goal of our software is to help these entrepreneurs with the sales and follow-up process. Outside the actual software, a large part of our accompanying website and communications will be devoted to education. We would like students to help create digital content to support our educational initiatives that provide support for these entrepreneurs.

We already have some content created in various stages (outlines to full drafts). We require: 1) editing, 2) topic expansion, and/or 3) relating topics back to our product (Mage CRM).

This is a great opportunity for students to either take what they have learned in school to create content and/or expand their knowledge in sales/networking/business communication.

Deliverables

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

  • Review existing blog outlines/drafts and edit and/or expand on the articles.
  • Write new blog articles and other content pieces on assigned topics. Topics can also align with the student's interest as long as it ultimately is helpful for salespeople.

BONUS: create a communication plan for dissemination.

Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

Students will be provided with overall education strategy as well as resources/pointers to begin creating content.

Unless a customer or prospect specifically tells you never to call them back, there is always a follow up. Perhaps it’s a direct follow up to an inquiry, or perhaps it’s to check on them a year later to see if their circumstances have changed. We also believe Mage CRM will be very useful for personal productivity.
