EduTutor Research and Online Teaching 23-24
Research and Online Teaching: Students will be working directly with the CEO of the company to use their online teaching skills and determine the most effective ways to teach K-12 students online. With the pandemic, there are more software solutions to teaching online. The goal of the project is to research these new ways to teach and to put them into practice with students. By the end of the project, successful candidates will have submitted a research paper pertaining to their experiences using new online teaching methods and have first-hand experience implementing and testing these new methods.
Student project template design and writing
Our company Riipen, has a web application in which educators match with companies to provide a project based learning opportunity for their students. Companies craft and create projects based on their real world company needs which would be great learning opportunities for the students. To help this process, Riipen also provide companies with project templates which they can use to get the ball rolling. These project templates are usually generic projects which could be applied to a specific company or a specific industry which then the company takes and updates and makes specific to their needs. We are currently in the process of trying to create even more project templates in which our companies would use to further provide more learning experiences for students. We would like help in crafting these project templates and who better to do it than the people who will benefit the most from the projects.
Law and Ethics Course - Creating Visuals To Help Engineers Understand Concepts
The main goal for the project is to create law and ethics visuals. While we don't need an expert designer, we do need someone with good intuition and a bit of Canva (or similar) design experience. This will involve several different steps for the learner, including: - Reviewing the existing law and ethics course material and blueprint. - Shortlist the topics that could be better understood if visually represented. - Review your short list of topics with the business owner. - Creating 5 to 12 visually engaging designs in Canva. - Modify them with feedback from our team.
Blueprint and Guide Creation for Early Childhood Educators
The main goal for this project is to create blueprints and guides for Early Childhood Educators that can be used as lead magnets to enroll people on the email list for Early Learning Foundations. These resources should provide valuable information and tips for educators to enhance their teaching methods and promote a growth mindset in their students. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching best practices in early childhood education. - Developing comprehensive blueprints and guides for educators, covering topics such as promoting a growth mindset, creating engaging learning environments, and fostering a love of learning in young students. - Designing visually appealing and informative resources that can be used as lead magnets to attract educators to join the email list. - Collaborating with the team to ensure the resources align with the company's branding and messaging.
