AMAZING. This young lady was the strong silent type that did incredible work but no one knew about it till the end!! She is a diligent, detailed worker, self starting and great at getting it done!! IF you need someone to get the job done and are good with a motivated person putting their nose to the grindstone and just hammering until it is done, this is the person for you. She got shining reviews from all her teammates and did an INCREDIBLE amount of work in the time allotted. I was rather surprised when she handed in her list of completed tasks. I went to her team lead and talked about them and he flatly answered yup that sounds like what she was working on. I would 100% have no issue writing a reference letter for Mariia as she will be a strong asset to any team she is on and would even be able to tackle large heavy jobs single-handedly if needed. She is the kind of hard worker every team needs as a mentor or team lead to show what can be done with the right motivation.
