I am looking to have someone take over my social media account for my consulting business. You will have access to my Canva account to create new designs and take a look at some previous designs. I need to compile around 150-200 social media posts, I would like to have enough posts for 5-6 a week, pertaining to my services as well as current marketing trends, consisting of but not limited to: - SEO - Email & text marketing - Social media marketing (Metaverse marketing) - Business consulting - Engaging posts, not directly related to my services, "happy friday", "tips for a succesful week" The goal is to provide value for free through social media, keeping it fun and light. The specific tasks would include: - Designing social media posts for my marketing business. - Working with me on implementing testimonials to posts - You will have access to my Canva account to create these posts, but you are also welcome to use other software's if you are more comfortable with them. Number of individual students required: 15 students, any Province or Territory, Canada 1000 Towns of Canada 1000towns.ca is a digital platform connecting small town communities and travellers. We launched about 200 unique pages of Top Places to Visit in the Town. We would like students to participate in creating content about small Canadian towns that are aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. You can check existing pages on 1000towns.ca/explorer to clarify the format. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Choose 10 small towns in any province/territory Write a short description of each attraction 'Communicate with local communities for feedback After approval of the 1000 Towns of Canada team, the final content will be published as unique town pages on 1000towns.ca. In Phase 2, we want students to create content about the next groups of small Canadian towns. It will be focused mostly on Quebec, Saskatchewan, northern Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. With students' help, we launched more than 260 town pages on 1000towns.ca. To clarify the format, you can check existing pages (blue leaves on the map). To complete the project, we expect the student(s) will: Choose ten small towns Write a short description of each attraction (8-12 attractions for each town) 'Communicate with local communities for feedback After approval of the 1000 Towns of Canada team, the final content will be published as unique town pages on 1000towns.ca with the student's name as a creator. We would like students to help us with creating blog content that is aligned with our brand that is SEO focused. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Looking to highlight our community that we are located in. Ultimately, you will be working on blog content creation for our organization, including doing research, crafting customized content and ensuring we are able to have high SEO throughout our site.

Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Project
Market Analysis and Product Positioning: Students will be tasked with analyzing a specific market segment to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. By the end of the project, they should be able to present a comprehensive market analysis report, offering insights into potential opportunities for product positioning or service improvements. Development of a Marketing Strategy: Based on the market analysis, students will develop a marketing strategy for a product or service. This will involve creating targeted marketing campaigns, choosing appropriate channels for promotion (social media, email marketing, etc.), and setting measurable objectives. The expected outcome is a detailed marketing plan, ready for implementation. Sales Plan and Execution: Students will create a sales plan, which includes identifying target customer segments, setting sales goals, and outlining strategies for lead generation and conversion. By the end of the project, they should have not only a theoretical sales plan but also some practical experience in implementing aspects of this plan, such as customer outreach or negotiation. Business Development Initiative: This aspect of the project will focus on long-term growth opportunities. Students might be involved in proposing new product/service lines. The expected outcome is a strategic business development proposal with a clear roadmap for implementation. It can include a coding component for those interested in that aspect, but coding is not required for every applicant.
