We’re looking for a student to help us source and message potential customers. This involves finding customers through platforms like NextDoor, Kijiji, LinkedIn, as well as remote home service events, and setting up meetings and assisting in moving the potential customers along the sales process.
Web Development Consultation for LocalStudent Inc.
The focus of this project will be to analyze LocalStudent Inc.'s website for areas of improvement, contact customers and contractors to get their feedback on the website and how their experience has been, and analyze the data they gather in order to make suggestions for improvements for the web development team. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the existing website for areas of improvement. - Contacting customers and contractors to get their feedback on the website. - Analyzing the data gathered from customer and contractor feedback. - Making suggestions for improvements for the web development team.
Outreach and Sales Support Project
The goal of this project is to support the Sales team at FounderNow by providing outreach to clients, booking meetings with clients, aiding in the creation of sales presentations, and joining in on the sales meetings to assist with closing clients.
Recruitment Associate Project
The goal of this project is to help FounderNow's hiring manager vet resumes and screen for the right talent, conduct initial phone calls with candidates, and help schedule and take part in interviews and advise on final hiring decisions.
Cash Flow Management Project
The main goal of this project is to help FounderNow manage cash flow, payment collection, and dispute resolution. The Cash Flow Management intern will also play a very key role in growing our customer base through upselling, and increasing overall customer satisfaction. This will involve several different steps for the interns, including: - Analyzing our existing customer base and payment data. - Developing strategies for upselling and increasing customer satisfaction. - Implementing strategies to improve cash flow management. - Creating systems for dispute resolution. - Researching other variables that can improve customer service. - Testing strategies and making improvements based on data.
Automating Processes for FounderNow
The main goal of this project is to automate many of FounderNow's processes that require a lot of manpower to operate. The student will be responsible for automating basic tasks such as as emailing clients to confirm basic details to set up meetings with them, our communication process between our development team and our customer service representatives, and more. They can recommend software platforms, build their own software solutions, or find ways to optimize processes by making it more efficient through redesigning it.
Digital Marketing Specialist
The goal of this project is to develop and create digital marketing strategies that will increase awareness for FounderNow. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the target market and understanding their needs and interests. - Developing content that is tailored to the target market. - Developing other online marketing strategies to attract new clients. - Implementing strategies to increase engagement and awareness among FounderNow's target market. - Analyzing the effectiveness of the content and making adjustments as needed.
Competitive Landscape Analysis for FounderNow
The main goal for the project is to analyze the competitive landscape in the current market (Ontario) and in the potential expansion markets (B.C. in Canada, and New York and California in the United States) for FounderNow. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching and analyzing the current competitive landscape in Ontario for similar apps or services. - Conducting market research to understand the demand and competition in B.C., New York, and California. - Identifying key competitors and their strengths and weaknesses in each market. - Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior in each of the target markets.
