Automated Web Data Processing and Summarization

The project aims to develop an automated system for web data extraction, cleansing, and summarization using Python. Lux Development seeks to streamline the process of gathering and processing web data to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The project involves creating two distinct automated processes. The first process will focus on web scraping to extract a list of items from specified websites, followed by data cleansing and curation into a structured CSV format. The second process will utilize AI to generate concise summaries of each website's content, subsequently formatting these summaries into a CSV file suitable for import into a WordPress directory. This project provides learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of Python programming, data processing, and AI to solve real-world data management challenges.

AI Education and Community Engagement Initiative

10X Hub is seeking a team of learners to assist in the development of innovative AI courses aimed at elementary and high school students. The project involves creating engaging educational content using AI and video editing technologies, with tools and guidance provided by 10X Hub. Additionally, the project aims to identify and establish partnerships with community organizations and businesses interested in participating in these courses. These partnerships will enable students to apply their learning in real-world scenarios, benefiting both the learners and the community. Furthermore, the project includes enhancing 10X Hub's website and marketing strategies to effectively promote the courses and expand their reach. The goal is to create a comprehensive educational program that not only teaches AI concepts but also fosters community involvement and awareness.

Front end and Backend development

We would like to have an in-house tool to easily keep track of all the data we have collected about each property and perform quick calculation analysis on them. Currently, we have a staff performing the following: Look at each property online on realtor.ca Enter each property interested into a spreadsheet. Enter all the additional information about the property in the spreadsheet. If the additional information includes files, put them in a drive somewhere. Manually do the property analysis calculation on the spreadsheet. This process is very labour intensive and tedious. It would be fabulous if we have a tool that acts as a Property CRM for us to easily keep track of the properties we reviewed, researched and allow us to enter all the additional information associated with the property. Backend Development This is the backend to for the front end to access It should content the following components Database API Access to Database to store the property data API access for uploading files
