Social Media Strategy and Visual Content Development
The project aims to enhance Practice PPE Exams' social media presence and visual content strategy for 2025. The primary goal are Improve our social media strategy for 2025 Create visual consistency across our courses, website and messaging Allow our clients use our courses through a newly developed app.
Social Media Content Analysis and Optimization
The project aims to enhance the effectiveness of Practice PPE Exams' social media strategy by analyzing and categorizing their 2024 social media posts. The team will review existing posts to identify patterns and create distinct "buckets" or categories of post types. By examining larger companies in the same industry, the team will gain insights into successful social media strategies and trends. The goal is to determine which content categories should be retained, modified, or replaced to improve engagement and reach. Then, the student can help repositing content from 2024 and create some new content for 2025 filling up a posting calendar. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of digital marketing, content analysis, and strategic planning in a real-world context. The project is designed to be completed by a team of marketing students within 80 hours.
Graphic Design for Engineering Course and Z-Fold Brochure
The project's primary goals are to: Enhance our client's learning experience by implementing graphic enhancements to the course and some marketing material. Boost visual consistency across all course and marketing materials. Create a new z-fold marketing brochure, which will be printed and distributed to engage our target audience. Design a few visuals to help our team better conceptualize answer different support ticket scenarios.
Enhancing The Employee's Emotional Journey With The Company
The project aims to analyze Joey Coleman's book Never Lose an Employee Again to identify specific strategies that can enhance the emotional journey of employees during their period with our company. The focus will first be on understanding the 8 phases of employee experience: Assess, Admit, Affirm, Activate, Acclimate, Accomplish, Adopt, and Advocate. Then, selecting ideas for what we can use for each stage. The goal is to provide actionable recommendations that Practice PPE Exams can implement to create a more supportive and engaging emotional journey during the entire duration they are with the company. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of organizational behaviour and human resources management to real-world scenarios, fostering a deeper understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies.
