Improve Employee Engagement, Motivation & Productivity - MS in I/O Psychology

PSY-6411

Flexible

Do you want to improve employee engagement, motivation and productivity? Then bring in students from National University’s Master of Science (MS) in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology program to see how they can help you to maximize your organization and employee potential through the application of evidence-based science. Students will work on one main project for 8-10 hours per week over the course of 12 weeks, connecting with you weekly with virtual communication tools. Important Note: We accept projects on an ongoing basis, depending on the availability of students. As a result, the timeline for project completion can be flexible. Once matched with this experience, please note that the project may be put on hold until a student is assigned to it. I/O Psychology is the study of human behavior in the workplace. Students in the MS I/O Psychology program are studying to be I/O and HR professionals who apply research and statistical skills to investigate issues of critical relevance to individuals, businesses, and society. Student consulting capabilities include testing and assessment, recruitment and staffing, motivation, engagement, performance management, employee stress and well-being, teamwork, organizational development and change management, work-life balance, and leadership.
