International market entry plan

Switch Engineering, a client focused engineering consulting firm that specializes in energy management and emissions reduction, has created a web application called DeCarbon that simplifies the energy and emissions tracking and allows our customers to buy carbon offsets to move them towards net zero for their building. We require an international market entry strategy to open DeCarbon up to non-domestic markets such as Africa, or US.
