Driven by a bold spirit, I took a leap of faith and founded a concierge detailing business catering exclusively to the yachting and luxury jets industry. Embracing the daily ritual of cleaning yachts, my company plays a pivotal role in preparing ships and jet planes for their journeys.

With an unwavering commitment to progress, my team and I are currently in the process of developing a cutting-edge web app solution to enhance our services. In my professional history, I played a pivotal role in a groundbreaking venture with Ledcor, a prominent partner of the TELUS Telecommunications network. Together, we spearheaded the build of a robust Fibre optic network in British Columbia. Collaborating closely with exceptional build teams, I ensured the seamless delivery of the fibre network, consistently going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

Cadabble Web Application Enhancement

Cadabble is a Next.js web application that enables users to search for and book appointments and services. We have completed a proof of concept prototype and are currently seeking to complete development for the initial launch version. Key features that require further development are: searching, scheduling, booking, messaging, profile management, data logging and security features to keep user and site data safe. The primary goal is to complete development of these key features and our secondary goal includes refining the UI aesthetics and implementing a basic admin backend. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge and hone their skills relating to web development, UI/UX design and cybersecurity principles. The project requires for learners to have some experience with Javascript/Typescript, HTML and CSS and is best suited for learners with foundational web development experience who are looking to further develop their skills and gain practical experience working on a production-level application.

We would like to collaborate with students to apply the latest artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques to our existing dataset. Students will develop an AI / ML model related to any of the aforementioned applications. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on our existing products and the dataset. Creating new dataset Researching the latest AI / ML techniques and how they could be applied to our data. Developing an AI / ML model that provides unique outcomes or insights into our data. Providing multiple solutions that can be applied to solve the same problem.

The current issue we are facing is that we have a name and want to be able to brand the name, Currently, "Jetsudz" Which does not pertain to any particular business or service sector. Which gives us the opportunity to scale. We would like to see the name create a connection to its source for services or goods' "Jetsudz Marine Services, Jetsudz Cleaning, Jetsudz Environmental, Jetsudz Products, Etc. When you type in "Jetsudz" you will be brought that service type we cater to. The challenge at the moment is we currently only have the detailing and cleaning of Yachts and Boats. We would like to categorize the services by its brand type which gives us a larger scope of business. We need Branding; logos; Web Design; Point of Sale Material; Marketing, Sales; Web Ecommerce The primary focus for the student will be: Branding - We would like to Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from possible trolls on social medi Marketing Communications - Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials; create an integrated marketing campaign; create a rebranding campaign. Market Research - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for; conduct customer surveys or focus groups to gain insights into the perceptions and behaviours of our target customers; develop an online strategy to help define our companies vision; identify expansion opportunities; identity key messaging for our company Prospecting Strategy - Business opportunity and make recommendations for further market penetration; assess our current outreach process and develop and implement targeted prospecting; review a prospect messaging strategy, make improvement recommendations.
