The main goal for the project is to review the compensation for 2 staff and 10 consultants at Practice PPE Exams and advise on what is reasonable and interesting for proper compensation and strong employee retention. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the current compensation packages for staff and consultants. - Researching industry standards and best practices for compensation in the engineering education sector. - Developing a proposal for revised compensation packages that align with the company's goals and budget. - Presenting the proposal to the company's management for approval and implementation.
