Kian stood out to me when he worked under me at Esports How as a Creative Writing Intern. Kian never hesitated to spend an extensive amount of time ensuring his deliverables were of the highest quality. He was also very open to wanting to work on progressively difficult projects, doing so without ever allowing a drop in quality. Not to mention, Kian always brought highly creative ideas to meetings for various initiatives even outside the scope of his project. Most of all, his passion for the industry, the company, and his position made him an invaluable asset that our company had to further the relationship with.
