The Shine Network Institute (TSNI) is looking for a student to research software for an online training module that allows interactivity like a whiteboard style. The goal of this project is to find the best software that meets the needs of TSNI and its users.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of the software available for online training modules with interactivity including:


- Identification of the best software for TSNI's needs. Research and analyze existing software solutions for interactive online training with a focus on whiteboard-style interactivity.

- Evaluate popular platforms, considering factors such as user reviews, pricing, and scalability.

- Create a detailed comparison of the identified software solutions.

- Assess the strengths, weaknesses, and unique features of each option.

- Define the technical requirements and specifications for the selected software.

- Consider compatibility, integration capabilities, and system requirements.

- Develop a cost-benefit analysis to determine the financial feasibility of implementing the chosen software.

- Consider both short-term and long-term costs, including licensing fees, training, and potential scalability.



Final deliverables should include:


- A written report outlining the research process and findings.


- A presentation summarizing the research and findings.


Mentorship

To ensure the success of students in completing this project, the following will be in place:

  • kick-off meeting
  • regular guidance sessions to discuss project progress, address questions and provide clarification
  • collaborative environment and tools such as slack where students can share and encourage peer learning
  • check-ins at key milestones
