The CRM Developer will be experienced in developing, deploying, customizing and integrating a number of different CRM systems as well as demonstrate proficiency in understanding, installing and implementing business workflows and processes into a CRM system. This role will involve working closely with the Operations Manager on a weekly basis.
The CRM Developer will have the opportunity to apply their skills to solve various “real world” challenges faced by the company and have the opportunity to become a valuable team player over an 8-week timeframe (Flexible start and end date, and flexible hours).

Core responsibilities
1. CRM Development
i. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to determine the best possible solution for integrating company data into a CRM system
ii. Execute the company’s CRM Plan with support from the Operations Manager
iii. Develop and maintain a CRM platform that is customized to meet the business needs of the company
iv. Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture such as client data and information, consultant and employee information, partnership information, and a payroll system
v. Complete tasks planned for each week consistently, with minimal carry over to future weeks.
Compensation
The CRM Developer will be hired as an independent contractor on an 8-week contract (start date is flexible to meet your program needs).
For Level UP, students will receive an honorarium of $1400 CAD after successful completion of 80 hours.
Hours Worked
Given the start-up feel of our organization, there may be variation in the hours worked from week to week.
The CRM Developer will attempt to adapt to these flexible work hours.
The CRM Developer will be asked to work from home. It is essential to stay disciplined and ask for additional structure if required in order to succeed in this role. It is expected that successful performance in this role will require part-time hours (10 hours/week on average).
