Commute Academy is a rideshare app for post-secondary school students at the cost of public transit.

We are looking for a student that has full-stack qualifications/ experience to help develop and manage the app itself.

We will be holding weekly meetings to get an update on the app development and team. The manager is free to add their add-ons and ideas as long as it's discussed.

The student will be required to submit a short weekly report on what they worked on, changed, or improved for the app.

The goal of this project is to use the app and have it available for the designated market in its beta stage. In addition to managing the team to its utmost success and potential

Before the project begins, we encourage the team to bring forward their ideas to find a better or innovative process of going about these projects. They'll be given certain guidelines of the app & team building(ex. Sprites), they'll manage the team to help design the app.

We require the student to participate in weekly online meetings for changes & updates on the app, ideas or working the team a different way. In addition to checking their progress & teaching them. In these weekly meetings, they'd present a short report outlining what was changed, improved, added, etc.

After completing the app, they'd have the final deliverable presented in a folder with the following content:

• An executive summary detailing overview, timeline, key findings, changes made
• Detailed summaries of timeline
• App itself with potential notes from the developers
• List of any potential issues & potentials areas of improvements
• Notes on team members & ways they helped guide the team.
• A recap of any tools and methods used.

The student will be provided an insight into what this project will lead to and a walkthrough of the process they are expected to do. In addition to technical/ managerial details and explanations will be provided to help complete the project. I will be there to also help manage the team and teach the student that’s managing.

During the weekly meetings that occur, the student will be guided and informed to be headed in the correct direction and can answer questions they have technical, management, or project-wise.
