Special Compass aims to bridge the gap in educational accessibility and inclusivity for students with diverse learning needs. Currently, the tools and systems in place lack seamless integration, making it challenging to streamline operations such as lead generation, client management, payments, digital marketing, and feedback collection. This disjointed approach limits our capacity to effectively support educators, parents, and students.
Criteria for Success
- Operational Efficiency: Implementing an integrated system that automates lead generation, CRM management, payments, and feedback processes within the WiX platform.
- User Experience: Ensuring the platform is intuitive and user-friendly for clients and internal staff.
- Impact Measurement: Establishing mechanisms to track and analyze engagement, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve services.

Through education, advocacy and awareness the organization provides one on one academic support for exceptional students, and programs and workshops promoting inclusive and accessibility in an educational context within society. Founded, by Shakira Rouse the organization uses an inclusive education frame work in the design of program and services.
