Virtual Internship Opportunity for Science Students

Bring on one or more students from the University of Windsor to be your virtual interns! Students will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the placement period, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students will be available for a part-time placement of 96 hours from May 2021 to August 2021. Their scheduling is flexible meaning the hours could be spread out over the whole 4 month period or bunched at the start - please discuss with the individual student.

Virtual Internship Opportunity: Service Learning for Science Students

Students from the University of Windsor Faculty of Science will collaborate individually or in groups of 2-3 to use their scientific knowledge to generate realistic solutions to existing problems your non-profit or community organization may be facing. Through the use of critical thinking and creative problem-solving, students will demonstrate awareness of social issues and community needs , and identify the strengths and resources of a community that can be used to improve on these issues.
