Cybersecurity Risk Assessment on Telepresence Solution

TeleVU is a startup Ontario tech company offering an innovative telepresence software platform using Smart Glasses, Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to allow remote medical assistance and medical training with no geographic barriers. We have already launched the products and the solution is being used by Canadian and international healthcare organizations. Our solution is cloud-based and 100% made in Ontario. We are already working towards ISO 27001 certification. While we have done internal testing and security assessment, we have not completed an external body to evaluate our systems yet. Your team will be responsible for a full evaluation of our solution from a cybersecurity perspective and providing feedback and recommendations on how to improve our cybersecurity measures.

UI/UX Redesign for Cloud/Smart Glasses Platform

Our target customers are health systems, hospitals and other medical care delivery organizations and we are looking to enhance our cloud platform design and user experience. Why do we need your help? We are launching a new version of our platform and it's only fitting to enhance our visual appeal as well as user experience navigating our cloud web portal and smart glasses app. Healthcare professionals are focused on patient care and need no distractions or inefficiencies using technologies at work. We want them to give them a seamless experience with our software while allowing them to focus on patient care using an easy-to-navigate interface. At the same time, we like to see a minimalist design reflecting the high-tech nature of our software.

Healthcare Access for Indigenous Peoples

As a startup Canadian tech company, we offer innovative Telepresence solutions in healthcare to bring care close to home and remote geographic barriers to receiving health care. Current solutions are mostly designed for metropolitan areas and rural and remote areas are often not the centre of attention for the technology. We are aiming to bring primary and emergency healthcare services to Indigenous Peoples using simple and affordable solutions to give access to community nurses to get real-time over-the-shoulder advice using augmented reality and artificial intelligence. We want to connect with the community leaders to find the most effective way of implementing our solution in their community to improve access to care. This connection will also help us improve our solution to meet the specific needs of their communities.
