It was a pleasure working with Dan to lay the foundation for his visionary product. At first, the concept seemed too big to tackle in the condensed amount of time we had together, but Dan was patient and willing to meet and discuss as much as was needed for us to all get aligned and on the same page. He has a lot of great ideas in the works and I wish him much success on them all! I am proud of the work that was done together.

Working on this project was a really collaborative and positive experience. We had weekly meetings with Daniel, the stakeholder, and his development team, which were crucial for keeping everything on track. These meetings gave us the space to review what we’d accomplished, tackle any challenges, and clarify any questions, like whether our design ideas could be implemented. It was great to have that regular touchpoint.
Communication was smooth throughout. In addition to our weekly calls, we kept up a consistent email thread with Daniel and his team. If we missed something in a meeting, we could just follow up via email, and they were quick to respond. The only real challenge was that our team was spread out in different time zones, which made coordination a bit tricky, but we managed to work around it. Everyone was engaged and brought their own strengths to the table, and we’d come together regularly to make sure we were aligned before our calls with the stakeholder and dev team.
Even though we had a tight timeline of just four weeks, the whole team—Daniel, his developers, and our Springboard group—worked really well together. The environment was supportive, and it was clear that no question was too small or insignificant. Daniel also provided us with a lot of background on the platform, which helped us feel more connected to the project and gave us a strong foundation to build on as we moved forward.
