My manager, Ahmed, demonstrated exceptional expertise in front end technologies using React to create a Content Management System. Every week he proactively identifies and resolves performance issues to enhance UX/UI. Ahmed prioritizes tasks well, balancing urgent issues with long-term strategic goals. Ahmed promotes a collaborative work environment where team members feel valued and are encouraged to share ideas. The Next Ripple team communicates regular updates on project status, company goals, and any changes in priorities. Overall, a good experience for a software engineer or a computer scientist in practise. Would highly recommend!
