C-CPR Volunteer Program Structure and Optimization

The Coalition for Canadian Policing Reform (C-CPR), a non-profit charity seeks to enhance its volunteer program to better align with its mission of establishing a Canadian National Centre of Police Excellence. The current volunteer system requires a review to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. The goal is to design a leading and best practice volunteer program that efficiently and effectively utilizes resources while adhering to the organization's values and goals. This project will involve researching best practices in volunteer management, analyzing the existing system, and proposing a new framework that optimizes a full spectrum of volunteer program elements. The project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their knowledge of project management, organizational behavior, and strategic planning to a real-world scenario.

Google Ad Words is activated but needs refinement.

The Coalition for Canadian Police Reform is a registered charity seeking to educate more and more Canadians about the need for police to learn different skills and knowledge during their training. We are approved for Google Ad Words for a monthly spend of $10,000. Google Ad Words programs are very difficult for me at least. There are many rules and requirements. The student team could analyze results to date and advise improvements according to their analysis.
