MBA Performance Management Challenge (University of New Brunswick)
RBC Future Launch
Welcome to the UNB Saint John MBA Performance Management Challenge! As the professor orchestrating this enriching collaboration, I extend a warm invitation to business owners, project providers, and industry partners to engage with our esteemed institution and exceptional MBA students. Overall Info: Join us in a unique opportunity to collaborate with the University of New Brunswick Saint John's MBA program. Our students are equipped with a profound understanding of performance management principles, ready to apply their knowledge to real-world projects. This initiative bridges academia and industry, offering a dynamic platform for experiential learning and problem-solving. Steps for Matching: Match Request Submission: Employers are invited to submit match requests, initiating a personalized video call where we discuss project suitability and alignment. Pre-Approval: Upon mutual agreement, both the educator and employer confirm the match on the Riipen platform, marking initial project approval. Educator Choosing: Pre-approved projects are presented to students for individual selection, fostering alignment of interests and skills with chosen projects. Collaboration Starts: All project communication unfolds on the Riipen platform, providing a unified space for educators, employers, and learners to collaborate seamlessly. Ideal Partner: We are seeking partners who recognize the importance of performance management and are committed to exploring innovative solutions in this domain. Ideal partners understand the value of continuous improvement and align with our mission to provide students with hands-on experience in implementing effective performance management systems.
