Business Administration
The primary focus for the student will be: (Remove any that don't apply) Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals. Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure.

Creating graphic design assets
We're looking for a student to help us with the creation of new graphic design assets. This will include: Coming up with color themes and branding guides that aligns with and builds on our existing branding. Creating graphic design assets for our marketing materials and websites, such as posters

Sales Forecasting Analysis
This project will involve analyzing organizational assets such as personnel, strategic records, our business plan, and pricing/promotional information. We would like you to construct a sales forecast on our behalf, based on their analysis. Moreover we would like to take these numbers and grow with it.

Marketing Strategy Plan
We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition
