bilingual (french/english) planning post-production french language public relations animations english languageOur organization is passionate about promoting post-natal healthcare to parents. We want to increase awareness about mental health issues after having a child.
We would like to collaborate with students to create an awareness video.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with the social cause, our mission and goals.
- Scripting, planning, directing and recording a 40-45 seconds awreness vido in the form of a publicity-like video. This can be an animation or can include one or multiple shots of a real person, this is to be discussed.
- Finding and applying suitable background music that has free commercial rights.
- Handling all the post-production like adding text, transitions and effects.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Presenting the video and making edits based on feedback.
- Having a french and english version.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of the social cause, our mission and goals
- Deliver a 40-45 seconds long video.

- Having a french and an english version
Final deliverables should include
- A finalized video of 40-45 seconds long (or 2).
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our organization’s mission and goals
- Our awareness campaigns
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.

About the company
Ozex is a Montreal-based company specializing in sexual health and wellness. Through information, education and self-therapy, Ozex aims to improve the sexual health and relationship well being of parents. Our services include the facilitation of group activities on sexuality issues for new parents. We are currently looking for mothers with sexual health issues to co-create our first personalized self-therapy module. Our goal is to develop our first digital health product to be launched in 2024.
