Our company offers an online platform (Artnbuff) for artists and art enthusiasts to socialize, showcase, and sell online. This platform was first conceptualized in 2019 and by now it has expanded in it's functionality and reach. India chapter of this platform was built in 2021 and is now ready for a hard launch.

We are looking for students to develop a strategy and roadmap for the hard launch of this India based eCommerce platform.

Deliverables

As a first milestone, students should submit a report (along with any source materials such as background research, references, etc) that demonstrates:

  • Understanding of the platform including closest competitors and our USP (Unique Selling Point).
  • Understanding of the target market, target consumers and the opportunity.

As a final deliverables, students should develop Artnbuff Bazaar Launch Strategy and Roadmap that includes,

  • Branding and Launch strategy.
  • Readiness evaluation and setp-by-step Launch plan.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for guidance and mentorship throughout the project.
