We are seeking to develop a comprehensive product specification document for our SAAS software platform. The product is in currently in the MVP stage. This document will be used to guide the design and development process, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are clearly defined.

1 Research and Analysis:

• Conduct a thorough analysis of our platforms current features and functionalities.
• Research into the issue, including internal stakeholder feedback, customer feedback, data and market research.

2 Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
• Conduct interviews and surveys with potential users to understand their needs and expectations.
• List any assumptions made

3 Documentation:

• Define and document functional requirements (e.g., user interface design, user experience, core features).
• Specify non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security, usability, scalability).
• Create user personas and user stories to illustrate typical use cases.
• Outline technical specifications, including system architecture, technology stack, and integration points.

4 Validation and Review:

• Present the draft document to stakeholders for feedback.
• Revise the document based on feedback to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5 Expected Outcomes:

A comprehensive product specification document that includes:

• An executive summary
• Detailed functional and non-functional requirements and metrics to track requirements
• User personas and user stories
• Technical specifications
• A clear roadmap for the design and development of our platform.
• No designs are expected, but wireframes can be included.

6 Skills Required:
