Details

We are looking to have students identify and evaluate new software applications and technologies to eSight's needs.

The primary focus of the student will be:

● Evaluate, develop, implement, test updates to eSight’s internal operations management software platform (in-house ERP system).

● Ensure platform functions within acceptable time, load and cost limits

● Create front end dashboards / administrator tools

● Work with stakeholders to deliver best in class solutions to the current system architecture

● Recommend strategy and source code management

● Recommend integration strategies with different business systems including working use of leading integration tools

Skills and Competencies that will be valued:

● At least 2nd year in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

● Experience in programming languages using Java, Python and/or C++

● Familiarity with cloud-based development environments. Microservices architecture is a big plus.

● Self-starter, highly motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

● Enthusiasm for software and hardware development and a willingness to learn.
