The main goal of this project is to effectively implement AI technologies within the organization to enhance business efficiency. This involves deploying AI solutions that improve operational processes and decision-making capabilities across various business functions, including public, internal, and restricted use cases. 

To investigate and suggest improvements for:

The execution of AI technology solutions within the organization. This includes selecting, configuring, and integrating AI tools and platforms to enhance existing business processes and improve overall efficiency. Compliance focus is key.

Students will complete the Digital Transformation Management (DTM) program founded by Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business to help them with their project. Some of the tasks learners will need to complete to achieve the project goals may include:

• Develop a value proposition statement for the organization/unit 
• Create a process map and a customer journey/empathy map 
• Explore technology options (e.g., application integration, customer experience)  
• Identify KPIs for the process and create options for improvement 
• Analyze the options using a decision matrix and recommend change
• Create a draft project plan  
• Identify bottlenecks and possible mitigation strategies for the project proposal
