MVT+ aims to enhance its presence within the local community, increase customer retention, and drive new client acquisition through a multifaceted marketing strategy. The project involves creating and implementing strategies for referral programs, gift cards, service packages, and targeted discount initiatives. Additionally, learners will focus on digital marketing aspects, including Google PPC, Meta Ads, email marketing, and advanced analytics setup. The goal is to ensure that MVT+ effectively reaches its target audience and converts leads into loyal customers. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their classroom knowledge in marketing, digital advertising, and data analytics to a real-world scenario.

Deliverables

Referral Program Strategy:

  • Deliverable: A detailed referral program strategy that incentivizes current clients to refer new clients, including promotional materials and tracking mechanisms.

Gift Card Marketing Strategy:

  • Deliverable: A marketing plan for promoting MVT+ gift cards, including digital and physical distribution channels, promotional campaigns, and holiday season targeting.

Service Package Marketing Strategy:

  • Deliverable: A strategic plan for marketing service packages (e.g., physiotherapy, running evaluations, athletic therapy), including bundled offers and pricing strategies.

Local Business Discount Strategy:

  • Deliverable: A plan for offering targeted discounts to neighboring businesses in the Villeray area, including partnership outreach, promotional materials, and co-branded marketing efforts.

Leveraging SDC Villeray:

  • Deliverable: A strategy to leverage the SDC Villeray (local business association) for increased visibility and community engagement, including participation in local events, joint promotions, and networking opportunities.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Deliverable: A comprehensive social media strategy focusing on engagement, community building, and service promotion across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

SEO Coordination:

  • Deliverable: Coordination with the existing SEO team to align efforts with the overall marketing strategy, ensuring that all content and campaigns are optimized for search engines.

Google PPC Campaign:

  • Deliverable: A Google PPC strategy that includes setting up conversion tracking, optimizing landing pages, and creating targeted ads for physiotherapy, running evaluations, and other relevant services.

Analytics Setup & Reporting:

  • Deliverable: Implementation of Google Analytics and conversion tracking, along with a reporting framework that provides actionable insights into campaign performance.

Meta Ads Strategy:

  • Deliverable: Creation of Meta Ads campaigns focusing on retargeting users who visited the website but did not convert, as well as campaigns targeting current and long-lapsed clients.

Email Marketing Strategy:

  • Deliverable: A comprehensive email marketing strategy that includes newsletters for existing clients, re-engagement campaigns for lapsed clients, and promotional emails for service packages and discounts.

Promotional Campaigns Development:

  • Deliverable: Development of promotional campaigns tailored to specific needs, such as seasonal offers, event-driven promotions, and service-specific discounts.
