We carry thousands of products and we need your help in testing on how to use some of those products and create example code and projects for them.
Under the guidance of the lead engineer, the student will determine the functionality of a product whether it be a sensor, a controller board, or a microcontroller. Then the student will create example code in using those products, example project in using those products, and update the product description to include the example code and projects.
This is a remote internship, details of logistics will be arranged once the student starts the project.
The student will need knowledge of (or willing to self learn):
- Arduino (C/C++ programming)
- Raspberry Pi (Python programming)
- Electronics fundamentals (ie. knowledge of resistor, capacitor, diode, battery, and their relationship)
- Writing skills
- Git
- Some HTML knowledge
The project can be performed in the following product categories:
- Sensors Module (Part 1 of 4)
- Display Module (Part 2 of 4)
- Power and Motion Control Module (Part 3 of 4)
- Communication Module (Part 4 of 4)
Successful delivery of the project will be measured by:
- Complete development of example code for 4-6 products
- Complete development and documentation of projects and code for 4-6 products
- Complete description update for 4-6 products
Status Update (can be any day when the student is ready to provide an update)
