Details
  • Student will provide critical project management duties in the implementation of Beta Launch of a new Digital P2P Community
  • The student will be involved in processes around team coordination, project management, roadmaps, social media marketing and growth analysis
  • The student will oversee the planning, execution and ongoing Roadmap development for the digital Community.
  • The student will also use communication skills to collaborate effectively and manage team members objectives, tasks and timelines
  • The students will apply user analysis, community listening and management: Grow and nurture the digital platform and ensure that everything we do is grounded in member's needs applying understanding using data analytics and insights.
  • The student will ensure the team members provide engagement enhancement and support for the community to help scale community participation, connections and content sharing.
Deliverables

- Project Management; coordinating Team activities/tasks, including write & share weekly Team reports with Founder

- Keep up-tp-date the project roadmap, including team Team workflows and timelines - and - make improvements

- Monitor Onboarding process for digital community - recommend new efficiencies

- Develop/iterate welcome initiatives for new members of our digital community

- Develop initiative to increase member engagement and community member's interaction

- Develop easy solutions to guide new users on how to use our digital community platform.

- Suggest ways to more efficiently deliver community knowledge sharing partner assets, events and information.

- Devise enhanced methods to encourage member participation in member polls, Q&As, events and more as we scale the community

Mentorship
  • A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project - implementing weekly "mentor office hours" and a Slack channel for regular team communication
  • A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the internship program to review the project scope.
  • A supervisor will be assigned to the student to provide a performance evaluation of the student if necessary.
