Existing platforms primarily showcase popular experiences, leaving much of the industry unsupported. Pathfinder stands apart by championing and promoting smaller businesses, aiming for inclusivity across the diverse tourism landscape. In a world dominated by financially-driven algorithms and ads, travellers often miss out on lesser-known, but exceptional, experiences. Pathfinder365 seeks to rectify this imbalance by offering a fairer representation, ensuring a broader discovery of brilliant destinations.
Pathfinder365’s mission is to revolutionize the current landscape of tourism platforms, advocating for fairness and a more comprehensive view of available travel experiences, while providing a full suite of promotional and lead management tools for its business partners, and a suite of discovery tools for its travellers.
With this project, we're looking to define and develop a high-conversion lead generation and sales funnel strategy.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, brand guidelines, and products and services
- Research opportunities for lead generation strategies
- Define an advanced approach to sales conversions by developing an epic lead generation and sales funnel strategy
- Implement lead generation and sales funnel strategy
- Develop a systematic process to continuously review and update our lead generation strategy, so it's an efficient engine to manage, maintain and update
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Build a catalogue of opportunities to review further down the road
Final deliverables should include:
- A solid understanding of our company’s target market, brand guidelines, and products and services
- An high-conversion lead generation and sales funnel strategy is in place
- The student will also upload a project summary document to the Riipen portal, which will include snapshot images and brief descriptions of any written, image or video content they've created, strategic documents, proposals, etc.
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our target market, products and services
- Our current brand guidelines
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
